Thank you for your interest in becoming a Reseller.

TrakSoft, LLC currently has 17 products spanning five different product lines. We are looking for Domestic and International Resellers.

Our Partner Program for Distributors and Resellers Includes:

  • Great discount/commission rates.
  • Ability to generate billable hours for for professional services.
    • Installation and Data Conversion Services
    • Training and Customer Support Services
    • Link Programming Services to Other Systems
  • Sales Leads. We pass on sales leads for your territory to you from our advertising efforts.
  • No investment or inventory to purchase or maintain.
  • We provide marketing samples, training as needed, and on-line and phone support.
  • Free Demo Version (NFR) of our product to provide demos.

Future Products. Additional products are currently under development for addition to the reseller program.

Resellers. Resellers usually work under or for a Distributor, unless a Distributor is not assigned to a specific territory. In that case a Reseller would work independently with TrakSoft until a Distributor is assigned to the territory. Reseller Requirements:

  • Have appropriate experience and training for marketing our products.
  • Have the technology and equipment available to provide product demonstrations, such as a laptop and high-speed Internet connection for providing on-line demos.
  • If planning on providing installation, training, and support services for our products, must be adequately trained and have the necessary technology and equipment.
  • If applying to work in a territory where a Distributor is not yet assigned, you must agree to work as a 1099 independent consultant/contractor and meet all state and local business licensing requirements in your area, if any. If a Distributor is assigned to the requested territory, then you would be assigned to that Distributor as a 1099 independent consultant/contractor and meet all state and local business licensing requirements in your area, if any, or work for the Distributor as a W-2 employee, or establish a Corp-to-Corp relationship if incorporated, as determined by the Distributor.
